First Day of Lessons:

Saturday, September 10 - Friday, September 16, 2011
Please click on "Timetables" to confirm your lesson day & time.
Returning students: please bring your piano notebook, scale book & the music books you were using when you ended last year's lessons.
New students: if you have had some lessons before please bring the last books you were using. If you are brand new to piano lessons you do not need to bring anything.
All required materials will be given to you at your lesson when you need it. You will be required to reimburse your teacher the following week.

Group Lesson Weeks 2011-12

Sunday, Sept. 18 - Saturday, Sept. 24 *There is no holiday this week but Carolyn & Keri will be at the Alberta Piano Teachers Association Conference*
Saturday, Oct. 8 - Friday, Oct. 14 (Thanksgiving)
Monday, Nov. 7 - Sunday, Nov. 13 (Remembrance Day)
Saturday, Dec. 17 - Friday, Dec. 23 *There is no holiday this week but it is group lesson week due to busy christmas schedules*
Saturday, Feb. 18 - Friday, Feb. 24 (Family Day)
Friday, Apr. 6 - Thursday, Apr. 12 (Good Friday & Easter Monday)
Saturday, May 19 - Friday, May 25 (Victoria Day)

During these weeks you will come for a group lesson INSTEAD of you regular lesson. The group lesson schedule can be found in the "Timetables" section.

Yearly Piano Events - Various Dates

Halloween - October 31, 2011 (Monday)
There will be lessons scheduled on Halloween ONLY until 6pm.
All lessons after 6pm will need to be rescheduled at a convient time for the student & teacher. Your teacher will give you lesson time options in advance.
Rescheduling lessons before 6pm is optional. Contact your teacher if you would like to reschedule.

Rembrance Day - Friday, November 11, 2011
NO! There will not be lessons on Rembrance Day. (This is part of a group lesson week.)

Christmas Holidays:

Saturday, Dec. 24, 2011- Friday, Jan 6, 2012
There are NO piano lessons during this holiday.
Lessons resume SATURDAY, January 7, 2012

Spring Break:

Saturday, March 24 - Saturday, March 31, 2012
There are NO piano lessons during this holiday.
Saturday students will get 2 Saturdays in a row without lessons.

Good Friday - Friday, April 6, 2012
There are no lessons on Good Friday. You will have your group lesson on April 10, 11 or 12 AND a regular lesson on Friday, Apr 13.

Last Week of Lessons - May 27 - June 2, 2012
Your last lesson for the year will be during this week.
